First Internet entrepreneur in Spain, 25+ years deeply immersed in the Internet and TV sector. Founder of companies such as Servicom, World Online, Telepolis, InOutTV, MediadataTV and Totalchannel, subsequently acquired by large companies. Forum speaker, consultant and mentor of several start-ups.

Francisco Sáez
Co-founder
20+ years coordinating global projects in Telefónica related to video and IT. Building up engineering and design teams to implement innovation plans based on business initiatives. Member of the board of directors of Terra Latam and Telefónica Digital.

Fernando García Calvo
CEO
Over 20 years of experience in video products, holding roles in business development and digital marketing. He served as Head of TV Products at Telefónica (LATAM) and Director of Huawei Video in Europe. He is an investor in several startups and a speaker at video and marketing events.

Miguel Angel Santiago Cabello CTO
PhD in video processing with a recognized track record as head of video processing architecture for Telefónica's Global Video Platform (GVP). His ability to design efficient systems with cloud architecture, develop proprietary solutions based on Agile/Scrum methodology, and implement operational process models are one of TCS's strengths compared to its competitors.

Julián Rodríguez-Montero
Content Negociation & Sales, Spain
Director of Publishers at TCS, he has held key positions at television networks and Telefónica for 25 years, responsible for acquiring content across multiple genres, which has given him one of the largest networks of contacts in the content world. His ability to negotiate commercial agreements and design changes in business models is vital to the market disruption TCS is proposing.

Jordi Abad
Ad Sales Director, Spain
He brings extensive experience in advertising and the audiovisual ecosystem, where he has led business development and the commercialization of solutions across digital and television environments. His deep understanding of the advertising market and his ability to connect advertisers, platforms and content enable him to drive innovative monetization models within the CTV ecosystem.

Business Development Lead for Germany, he has held executive roles at ProSiebenSat.1 and served as Managing Director of Maxdome and Burda Studios. He collaborates with TCS on a part-time basis while combining his role with Goldbach, a programmatic advertising company, bringing strong synergies to TCS. His network has enabled rapid engagement with key players across the German market.
