The Channel Store, a company within the TVUP Streaming Media group specialized in FAST and AVOD channel distribution and monetization, has led the first integration of FAST channels on Amazon Prime Video in Spain, consolidating the Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV model as a strategic pillar within major global platforms.
The four integrated channels — Anime Visión, Anime Visión Classics, Cines Verdi TV and Cine Feel Good Verdi TV — are now part of the new “Live Channels” section on Amazon Prime Video, marking a milestone in the evolution of the hybrid CTV model in the Spanish market.
FAST as a strategic driver
The integration of FAST channels within a platform such as Amazon Prime Video confirms a clear trend: the AVOD/FAST model has evolved from being an additional layer to becoming a true driver of engagement, acquisition, and monetization within the Connected TV ecosystem.
Amazon has selected the most relevant channels across major European markets, and these four were included in the first wave. The technical integration was completed in early December, enabling rapid activation and visibility within the CTV environment.
For content owners, this represents access to massive audiences in premium environments, a new global distribution window, scalable advertising monetization, and greater diversification of their revenue mix.
Multiplatform strategy: maximizing reach and profitability
The integration into Amazon Prime Video is not an isolated case, but part of a broader multiplatform distribution strategy designed to maximize reach, advertising revenues, and operational efficiency.
In addition to Amazon Prime Video, the channels are already available on Tivify, Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, Xiaomi TV+, and Rakuten TV, as well as within operator environments such as Vodafone and across CTV manufacturers and operating systems including TCL and VIDAA.
This approach enables content owners to operate under a CTV super-distribution model, reducing dependency on a single player and optimizing advertising performance through aggregation, programmatic management, and efficient inventory activation across multiple ecosystems.
Technology, aggregation and monetization: the TVUP model
From both a technological and commercial perspective, this integration reinforces The Channel Store’s role as an international FAST aggregator, advertising monetization partner, CTV technical integration specialist, and programmatic inventory orchestrator.
As Fernando García Calvo, CEO of The Channel Store, states:“FAST is no longer a complementary environment but a strategic pillar within the offering of major global platforms. We continue expanding our footprint, adding new integrations to the more than 25 local and international platforms we already support.”
For TVUP, this operation fully aligns with its mission: to build the most efficient ecosystem for the creation, distribution, and monetization of streaming content — integrating OTT technology, super-aggregation, and advertising monetization under a scalable architecture designed to operate in global environments.
